And what dosage?

I am 21 years old, 5’9 and weigh 240 pounds. So I’m pretty overweight…I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with the 3 supplements listed in the question. I am just looking for something that will show results to boost my motivation to lose more weight and start eating healthier while losing weight at the same time. Any suggestions?

hmm, never heard about it. it has helped me to lose weight and it works great, but never heard that it helps with diabetis. It is also said to help with quit smoking.

I have, it is ok, was using phentermine before, also, but the side effects of phen were too much to handle.
You should lose some weight, I am sure about that.
I have lost 34 pounds of fat in 7.5 months, and 3 sizes.

There is a possibility that he may have parvo but can’t afford the vet bill for this has anyone heard of Tamiflu to give to dogs. I heard that it is for people but heard that it can be given to puppies in the first sign of the virus. My emergency vet is about 2 hrs away and I have Tamiflu from before(not expired yet not til 2009) still good, but I want to know if any one gave their puppy this and how it worked.Thanks for your information.
