I have to deliver a speech/performance to my whole class next week….
im really nervous and i suffer from anxiety already and i know i will mess it up no matter how much i prepare/practice breathing/drink water whatever…. i cannot control it at all.
i dont want to ruin it and go silent. i have taken a diazepam once before but i have never been prescibed it yet.
I want to take one just for this presentation….most of the time i take beater blockers but for rare occasions like this i just need a little help to calm me down.
My Nan has some, i am sure if i ask her for 1 tiny pill she will let me have it
has anyone tried it for nerves and how did u find it?

i took 27 diazepam am i gonna be ok???

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant. I suffered a lower back injury last week after a fall at a store. My doctor prescribed me Diazepam, 5 mg, 1-2 tablets every 8 hours as needed, and 600 mg of Ibuprofen every 6-8 hours as needed. She told me that if I find out that I am pregnant, stop taking them immediately.
I got my period last night and have been experiencing a very painful and constant lower back ache, as if my muscles are tied in a knot, and on-and-off abdominal cramping, as well as passing many large blood clots.
Could taking these medications this early in pregnancy cause a miscarriage?

I don’t do many pills regularly.
I have three 5mg, yellow Diazepams.

I feel so freaky and anxioous today and i triep to get my mum to help me but she toldd me I was faking & then she said go away im too busy. im so scared tho and I can barelyy breathe n my hands are shaking loads. I ran into the kitchen cos I wannted to burn myself, but then I thought no I wouldnt’ becuase i want to stop self harming.
I found sme Diazepam 2mg and took about three of them cos after I took 1 i felt no difference. Its about 15mins after I took the 3rd one and Im starting to get a really bad headache and my body feels weird. Is this co s I took the diazepam? I take 20mg prozac a day but last night I drank waaaaay too much and smoked loads of weed.
Am i just imagining these like ‘symptoms’? or do i need to see the doctor?
