No do not be afraid A 2mg dose is nothing. I doubt if you are really even going to feel it. 2mg is a baby dose.

I used to take it and cut it down to half a portion. the only problem is that it wasn’t easy to stop taking it. so it depends on what’s going on with you. what is making you anxious. you may want to consider that everyone in the same room as you feel the same as you do. do you have family situations that are making you worried? Everyone feels the same. Find ways that you can overcome these feelings of dread. I’m one to talk though. I think I’m pretty good with all this stuff. But the other day I had to give a speech in front of 400 people… and I didn’t…

Diazepam is a benzodiazepine. Benzodiazepines are highly addictive. Get the facts:http://www.benzo.org.uk/
It will not kill you, but you are right to be scared of it. Please check out this web site before taking it. There are much better ways to treat anxiety.

Diazepam is Valium.
I think it’s addictiveness has been over-hyped. No it won’t kill you but it’s unlikely to cure you either.
Get a referral to a NLP/hypnotherapist.

It would be easy to release a virus onto the public without anyone knowing. I doubt thats what happened though.
