Omitting Valium for 24 hours will do no good it has a long half life and can remain in the system for up to 200 hours after the last dose 8.3 days. It does block REM. Your wife will not get truly restful sleep. Celebex is a pain/arthritis medicine. The entire cocktail she is taking is not a good one…..who the heck is prescribing this combination. She keeps it up you WILL have an addicted person through no fault of her own…she is following MD orders and so you think it is ok…..research it man…..this is your wifes physical and psychological health at risk….she could become addicted…be very careful with doses. take control of her medicine if you have to….consult another physician.

Jesus…..that is an unbelievable combination of controlled addictive drugs….I don’t know what kind of surgery she had….she should not take valium for more that 4 weeks, the others are very addictive and in combination potentially lethal….is she getting all these meds from the same physician???? Or is he a Dr. Feelgood who needs his license pulled. Watch her and careful.
