Could Something Be Wrong With My Health That Could Be Causing Me To Have This Anxiety, Rather Than The Anxiety
to be making me feel il. Ive been on YH B4, bout this, Im long term sufferer of anxiety. God I feel so ill. Ive been back n fourth to my Dr. Was pescribed Diazepam at first 4 cuple wks, these did eleviate most of the symptoms, since then the meds have changed, at the min Ive been pescribed antidepressent Mirtazapine 15mg 4 5days up 2 30mg thereafter. To be honest they seem to exagerate my chest discomfort, feel like I cant breath, tightness around chest. Wiped out from them, n I av a young un to look after, at min his dad helps out, but we avnt got that gud of relationship, was once in womens refuge bcuz of him. So this isnt helpfull either. When im without the meds god I feel ill, tight chest, palpitations, cramping muscles, constipation, headaches, generally unwell, feeling like I cant take a deep breath. Ive tried talking to my Dr bout putting me back on the Diazepam short term, Im waiting for some professional help with this, appointment in March. Is all this caused by anxiety?

no, it sounds like the meds are not agreeing with you.
I am a long time sufferer of anxiety and I tried numerous meds recommended to me by my general practitioner before I finally saw a psychiatrist who put me on Celexa and Klonopin. Celexa is the only FDA approved antidepressant to treat anxiety and it really worked for me. Celexa also has a sister drug called Lexapro, but that didn’t work for me at all. I used to live off of the klonopin and avoid practically every situation. Now after being on celexa for a few months I take my klonopin rarely and I go out so much more and have FUN. I had battled anxiety for so long that i honestly believed that I would never be able to say that word again, but it has helped. I also talk with a counselor once a week and it helps immensely.
General practitioners are wonderful, but when it comes to mental health I only trust a psychiatrist to know what meds work for an individual’s condition. Mental health conditions are so personal that it takes true evaluation and understanding in the field to tailor treatment options to the specific individual. Good luck!
Get rid of your child’s father. He seems to be the culprit in most of this.
i think you need to go to another docter- another opinion always helps . .. . . but yea you need TO just try to mediate or take yoga classes. . just relax and take it off your mind
