Sure you can try the gas, but it can make you spin out and a little dizzy but it is short lasting so you will feel normal again within minutes. Also you can either have pethidine or morphine, i’m not sure if they contain codeine so you might have to check on that. But those are the 3 most common pain relievers apart from an epidural to use during labour and delivery. Hope this helped..
Oh yuck..they have many types of pain relief, my advice is talk to your doc about your unique situation…there is the option of a spinal…but there are other meds out there that are not codine based, that might be effective for you. GOOD LUCK
they also do a spinal.
Have you looked into a water birth? or hiring a doula to help you cope? These options can really reduce your desire for pain meds.
Gas and air very effective but it depends on your pain barrier.http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…
No… well they can prolly give you some extra strength Tylenol but its not going to really help… the epidural pretty much just numbs your lower half… Its the way to go
pethidine and entinox, they do a fairly ok job.
pethedine, gas and air, tens machines
