Have I Really Lost My Sleep? Diazepam?
I was a sound sleeper and have not seen anybody who could sleep as much as I did. I was able to sleep for ages regardless of noise or whatsoever until I swallowed 7 bloody tablets of Diazepam a few days ago. Now I wake up like 100 times a night. pls help

Diazepam (Valium) is used as a muscle relaxer, and many muscle relaxers have the side effect of drowsiness. Hospitals sometimes use Valium as a sedative pre-operatively. I’m not sure why you are hunger all the time. I would talk your doctor express your concerns and maybe s/he could lower the dose or find a alternative medication.
My grandmother took that stuff before and I think I would go to the doctor and explain and ask for help.
That stuff messes people up worse than it helps in the long term.
