I Have Been Taking 20 Mg Of Prozac For A While And Just Took A Tramadol Should I Induce Vomiting?
20mg of prozac every day, obtained tramadol from a friend for migraines, read up on it and now am terrified i may have a seizure after taking just one. i already induced vomiting, will i be okay? is this combination really that bad? i have read of some people taking them together and others having serious seizures, please help!!

I don’t see a problem. The 20mg of Prozac and 50mg of Tramadol(the usual dose) should pose no threat of a seizure. The dose of tramadol would have to be much,much higher. The reason why caution should be taken with the mixture of Tramadol and SSRI’s is because of something called serotonin syndrome. You are at no risk of that. Next time just take some Excedrin.
No. It’s not necessary. I would chase it with a couple of shots of vodka (any hard alcohol will do). If you feel weird after, just take another prozac or two. You should be fine.
