If You Were To Eat Well And Exercise Regularly Could You Have The Same Results As With Reductil?
does reductil actually make you lose weight or would i lose it anyway without it, if i carried on eating healthy and exercising?

Reductil is a drug that makes you feel full up so then you will only eat small amounts.But if you still eat the wrong foods you will not loose weight. Eat ting healthy with exercise and not starving yourself will help you to loose those extra pounds. Ive tried all diets with and without pills but Ive found if you loose it too quick it goes back on too quick. i still have treats, because if they become the forbidden fruit you will want them more. I have lost nearly one and half stones in 3 mths just by doing the above .good luck
on first thought I would say no, as far as i’ve heard no diet pills, thermogenic pills or any fat burners really help you lose fat, especially if compared to exercise… I’ve never specifically heard of reductil, but there is hundreds of diet pills all claiming the same thing.
answer no…. this is not a good drug to take. but i’m no doctor jog cycle swim walk eat lot s of fruit this will do you far more good then pills
There is absolutely nothing that comes close to a balanced diet and exercise. I’m not sure exactly how reductil works, but it seems to just burn fat, and it’s a little too similar to amphetamines for me to ever suggest someone take it. (Amphetamines are basically speed, which is a horrible and dangerous drug.)
So, you would lose weight, most likely, but it would not give you any of the other benefits that come with exercise and a healthy diet like strength, overall health, increased metabolism, slowing of the aging process, and just an overall feeling of well-being. If you ask me, there’s no comparison!

if u can excercise and eat well and arent fat why use a pill anyway?
