Im Trying To Lose Weight, And I Am On Meridia. I Have Been Eating Less Then 1200 Calories.?
im guessing this is bad. However im very overweight. im 5’1″ and 165lbs and i need to lose weight. im trying to lose 3 lbs a week any suggestions?
