The Tramadol sold here in the ‘states contains a goodly amount of acetaminophen (paracetamol in the uk) which will “mess up” your liver quite a bit if you take too much at a time.
The effects are about the same for each at the normal prescribed dose, with Tramadol making you less “fuzzy-headed.”
Both drug abuse and suicide are illegal. Don’t.

I know what its used for but not what its specifically classed as.
One things for sure, i dont really think its an alternative medicine.
Its pills, and pills arent natural : )
