There is no stadol in tramadol.
Tramadol/Ultram is a pain reliever that is a precurser to an opioid.
So it is not a true opioid nor is it a controlled substance.
Do not let that fool you as it still can have all the issues that go along with an opioid.
It likely will become a controlled substance.
