I was prescribed some valium (15mg) the night before last (for anxiety), and I went to sleep pretty much straight away. I felt fine the next morning, but yesterday evening and all of today I have felt so drowsy, I can barely stay awake! (I have not taken any more valium) Is it possible for the valium to still be having an effect almost 48 hours later?

Do you also feel listless,anxious and tired most of the days. Do you take meds to cope with this condition? I take 60mg x3 dihydrocodeine,Synap Forte, Diazepam , Effexor XR and Tramadol daily. I feel so guilty for taking all of these, but I feel more guilty not to be able to feel so listless and achy. How do you make your life easier?

I have severe social anxiety, agaraphobia and everything that comes under this family . I know exercise can make it go away and if I am 100% healthy then my anxiety will be 0% .
But I am trying to find out how it works ? .. What causes this huge change in brain that eliminates this destructive negative thinking patterns ? Anyone has any insights into this issues , please explain to me . Thanks

Also, he is not trying to ruin his career, nor IS he ruining his career. He’s actually adding to his accomplishments because, as Gary V said, he is better than most of the wrestlers in the WWE today at almost 60 years old. He is a legend and he is a REAL wrestler, and I’m sorry you can’t see that.
