I have being taking tramadol pain killers and want to know is their trace of hcg in them because getting positive pregnancy test 6 weeks after miscarriage

Conversion of C22H23CLN2O2, Loratadine (Claratin)
into C16H13CLN20, Diazepam (Valium)
Would removing cyclohexanone(C6H10-O) from loratidine convert this into diazepam?

I have been taking prozac for less than a month now and I feel even more depressed and have a lot of suicidal thoughts, could this be caused by the prozac? The doctor started me on 20 mg a day…Is it possible the pills are making me feel this way? I have been depressed for years now and have anxiety but lately my suicidal thoughts are extreme, I am even afraid I may actually do it…Is this a side effect ? Will it pass?

couldnt get capsules and its the only safe painkiller i can take at the moment as i have other medication!
I wouldnt normally take paracetamol due to this but needs must. Hyst wondered if anyone knew how to make it easier…

Also…how does the conversion of paracetamol to paracetamol glucuronide alter the physicochemical property of paracetamol and influence the route of elimination? I think it has something to do with the -OH group on paracetamol but I can’t work out the initial important physicochemical property which influences the elimination route!!
