Rarely do i feel anxious socially, but when I do, my throat feels like it has a lump in it and is tight. Does anyone know how to get past these social anxiety problems and throat tightness?

I know its for the flu but what if I have a cold and I take one dosage before bed (left over from a friend’s flu). Will it improve my cold the next day?

pains super bad like right before some get those bad teeth out that is how the body is no pain relief realy works trying to walk is getting harder then expected will doctors not remove those bones.
