I have been on Prozac for 4 months for anxiety, but it has given me horrible side effects and has just made my anxiety worse. I’m just wondering, if I stop taking it, how long does Prozac take to leave your system? And how long would it take for the side effects to go away??

I was on 20 mg prozac 1 x a day. I stopped 10 days ago and have had no side effects. Except about 24 hours ago I started having itchy feeling on my skin. So much so i am not able to sleep at night. I do not know if this is a side effect. Help me please.

How long does it take for Prozac to kick in? Not just in a positive way, but things such as trembling, worsened depression, etc. If those DID end up kicking in, could they be kicking in by tomorrow?
