how does it help to lose weight?

I just started to take meridia. I can only excersice twice a week to do fibro. I am also diabetica nd have hosimotes. So weight loss is very difficult to me. What are so of the side effects u have experienced. The best time to take it and has it worked.

Please answer ONLY if you have used Meridia for a month or more and let me know if you did anything extra like a strict diet and exercise. How many pounds do you lose each week? Any side effects? Did you also use a fat blocker pill with it?
I know it is better to go all natural but I have tried and failed on my own.
