I take a Ritalin in the morning and two hours later I take a Zopiclone. Affter about 4 hours I take another Ritalin. After 2 hours I take a zopiclone. After 4 to 6 hours I then take a zopiclone to sleep. Is there anyone out there on Ritalin and zopiclone (sleeping tablet also called Imovane and Zimovane or Lunesta) who does what I do. I feel so alone and scared because I think this pattern of mine is damaging my brain.

i been put back ob diazepam today for anexity and alcahol withdrawl.
im wondering can i still take my zopiclone at nite to help sleep aswell?

No the effect is the same, the difference is Zopliclone is a mix of isomers, active and inactive, and the eszoplicone is more of the active isomer.
The two agents have not been studied via head-to-head clinical trials to determine if any clinical differences exist (e.g., efficacy, side-effects, etc.).

there is no difference it is the same medication you will find that imovane is a brand name for eg. valium, valpam are both diazepam but have a different brand name they do this because once a drug is made the medical board holds copyright as it were and when it runs out other companys can manafacture the same drug under a different name : )

Trade names are, Imovane in Canada, and Lunesta in the US.
